We collect your email address when you register or sign up for updates. We store your workout session data, program enrollment, and preferences to power the app.

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide the WorkoutLog service — storing your history, tracking program progress, and improving the app. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Analytics

We use an analytics service to collect anonymised usage analytics (which screens are visited, which features are used). This data is stored in the EU and used to improve the app.

Error Monitoring

We use an error monitoring service to capture technical errors. Error reports may include browser type, OS, and the page where the error occurred. No personally identifiable data is intentionally included.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using a PostgreSQL database, hosted in the EU. We use industry-standard security practices.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.
